Who we are

What the free scan collects

When you scan a URL, we temporarily process your website's publicly available content to generate an AI visibility score. We collect:

• The URL you submitted
• Publicly crawlable content from that URL (page text, schema markup, meta tags)

Free scan data is not stored after your session ends. We do not log or retain scan results for visitors who do not make a purchase.

What a purchase collects

When you purchase the AI Visibility Fix ($79), we collect and retain:

• Your email address (for delivery and customer support)
• Your website URL
• The business information you provide during the intake form (business name, type, address, services, contact info, etc.)
• The schema markup, LLMs.txt, and checklist we generate for you
• Your Stripe checkout session ID (for payment verification — we never see your card number)

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Email

We use your email address to:

• Deliver your purchased files (schema markup, LLMs.txt, checklist)
• Provide customer support if you have questions about your results
• Occasionally notify you of related ShuaBuilds products or services

We do not sell your email address. You can unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time.

AI processing

Your website content and intake form data is processed by AI systems to generate your schema markup and checklist. We use:

• Anthropic Claude — schema generation and checklist. Privacy policy
• OpenAI, Google Gemini, Perplexity — AI visibility scoring (free scan only). Their respective privacy policies apply.

Your business information is submitted to these services to produce your deliverables. We minimize what we share to what is necessary for each task.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the scanner — page views, scan completions, purchase conversions. This data is aggregated and anonymous. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage to save draft intake form data and your recent scan history. This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers unless you submit the intake form. It can be cleared by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

You may:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your purchase record and email address
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the scanner after changes constitutes acceptance.
